David, it said you had 72 beans when I posted this. You have one bean for every year of my life, but I didn't vote because you didn't include an old geezers selection. I have been using Ubuntu since 2005 and I do everything I want to. And yes, that includes breaking it once in awhile. I have Ubuntu on 4 PCs and have installed it on 30+ computers.
If you ever watched the movie "Grumpy Old Men" I live in the town in the movie "Wabasha MN", and yes I am one of the Grumpy old men.

I'm 83, and use Ubuntu once and a while just for a change. I have tried it in previous versions with Virtual Box and one of the other machines - nice to just see how it works, but for day to day use, I stick with that other OS. Problem I found with Ubuntu is that sooner or later, you have to resort to the terminal screen - and I had quite enough of DOS when I first learned how to use a computer. I have 10.10 downloaded and run it from the CD on my desktop, but have not been able to get it to load on my laptop. I see from the forums that many others have had trouble with Ubuntu and laptops.
I'm gonna get killed for this but I'm 13.
I use it for the purpose I used Windows for. Web. Chat. Games.
but Vista was being a pain so I installed Ubuntu. Now my computer's probably the fastest...

Here is the problem: I don't know what to do first
I'm 24 and I use Ubuntu as my main desktop OS, on my desktop PC and on my netbook.
