    no, its real. you have to use IE under wine if you want to use it. opera is a pretty strict standards-compliant browser.

    AFAICT, it works in Firefox if you use the User Agent Switcher extension to masquerade as IE6/XP. But I haven't gone all the way through the forms, since I'm not a legitimate claimant.

    There's a lot of discussion of this over on Slashdot.
