my laptop's harddrive just went on out on me, and i cant really afford a new one right now. is there anyone who can donate one to me. i dont care how small it is or how old it is(beggers cant be chosers) right now im using an old 300mhz G3 PowerPc that i planned on donating to FreeGeek. if theres anyway someone can donate a harddrive for a laptop(IDE) i would be very grateful and try to return the favor once im better off financially
I have a Sony VAIO 300 MHz PII laptop that's running DSL at the moment. Everything works except the battery won't hold a charge. It has an PCMCIA Type II ethernet adapter, but it worked fine with a wireless adapter I have. Here's a link to a picture of it on my flickr: http://flickr.com/photos/coachdanny/...n/photostream/ It's yours if you want it.

I'm interested if the option is open.
