I would say that it would be most appropriate to use Fluxbox or GNOME

Nope, Enlightenment 17 is definitely appropriate here.

Once June rolls around I will bother Mr. Rainvoice and see what he can do.

    Mr Jas.

Here's Appicchato Bhikkhu's (Theravadan Thai Monk) essay critism.

e17 would actually be great to use. even though it is still alpha it is incredibly stable, and supposedly the final will be out by christmas this year

    Re: Ubuntu Buddhist Editon

getting along fine...gamma i blog update on site http://buddhabuntu.8m.net

someone want to upload rips of all these sites on the latest post? i have them on my laptop and I'm not bothering to host a gamma I livedvd/ distribute until we make some significant changes or mods.

Mr Joey Stanford has suggested a gateway site to all the interesting things like buddha-torrent.net? I think thats the site...let me check...no its buddhatorrent.org

Well I put up a list of sites that are OK with ripping etc as long as you use the suttas respectfully. Please know that when they completed a CD/DVD copy of all the Korean Mahayana suttas that these were venerated as a relic. These things are serious/very important so treat them accordingly.

Andrew Krull is working on Indra's Effect, but I haven't heard from him how he is doing.

Neo the user has updated Mesa library
and I completed my first best-ever neural net that is language independent language processing. Its all on the site.
