Way to use exising windows partition with Virtualbox?

    Hi all,

Is it possible to use an existing Windows install on a separate physical partition through Virtualbox? If so - how I've been searching, but haven't found anything useful yet.

It is possible, but it is in development.

It is easier to migrate your installation.

Could you add to the instructions how to create secondary hardware profiles and what you mean by "guest additions"? I'm a noob.

Re: Way to use exising windows partition with Virtualbox?

The tutorial found in the stickies, http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=769883 , has more information on how to do this.
Focus on how it can be rather than how it could've been.
