Latest Sauerbraten version for Gutsy?

The latest Sauerbraten version is the "summer edition". The Gutsy repository only has the "spring edition". Getdeb does have the "summer edition" for Feisty, but not for Gutsy. Is it safe to install the Feisty version (64 bit) or is there another way to get the newest version?

Get the linux summer edition there, extract it, run the sauerbraten script inside it. If you're running 64-bit you may have to recompile, but that's pretty easy. Otherwise it will just run, then you can dump the folder wherever you want.
