    The Cheapest Linux Box Ever

Some guy really went nuts on this one, a computer built by spending just $1 on duct tape

    Digg Article

Link to larger sizes of the pictures: Here

Ubuntu Feisty OS: $0.00. Cardboard box: $0.00. Duct tape: $1.00.
Having the bitchin'est case mod this side of the trailer park: priceless.

i would just like to point out that duct tape is conductive of electricty. I wouldn't want it touching the bare motherboard.

Also what do Mormans have to do with Microsoft or Linux?

    I actually found this

There are so many old PC cases lying around, one could buy one or head to the dump. I don't see any reason why one couldn't just scavenge one that won't die with heat or water.

We should be coming up soon to the Mac-o-lanterns. I've seen for the past couple of years somebody has taken a Mac or PC components and put them into a carved pumpkin. They inclcude a picture of the computer running from the PC-o-lantern.
