It's OK, but I like the default Gutsy one better.

The wallpaper is really nice, just the right tone of orange.
I don't like the theme that much, the borders are way too think and the window decorations look a bit stained by the black. Other than those points, this could be a really nice hardy theme
I like it.
It's a lot more lively than the plain old brown.
makes a nice default theme background for a proffesional environment like a school or library. or other public system.
Fun and functional.
Thanks for the feedback everyone
I chose to have thicker borders because I always find it really hard to resize windows with most themes (borders are too skinny). At the moment they are 5px, but I'll see what its like at 3 or 4 pixels wide.
Do you mean the panels make the border look stained, or the outlines of the buttons? I've changed the buttons already (well, Im kind of half way through) - I'm experimenting with a white line on the outside, and also a slightly browner colour.
I've also done a bit of work on the wallpaper.
Progress is slow - I'm too busy!! I'll post the updates soon.

i like the wallpaper lots, much better than the skidmark that is gutsy default, the metacity theme is too bright a tone of orange imo too loud.

Exactly what I've been waiting for. I'll be looking forward to the completed theme. The wallpaper is on my desktop already. Keep up the great work!
Ok, the weekends given me a bit of time to work on this. I went with the suggestions of darkening the title bar slightly, and also decided to do a new version of the buttons - no idea why, an idea just wondered into my head, and I decided to try it out!...
And with the original buttons:
And a slight change to the wallpaper - just changed a couple of colours, and the position of a couple of lines.

Feels almost like you could squish an orange juice out of it .
