Help w/ PS3 ubuntu wifi

i don't know where to put this, but i might as well choose here, i'm having trouble with ubuntu feisty fawn. it doesn't read my ps3 wifi card for internet. it's suppose to detect it all by itself during instalation and i don't know how to get my wifi card recognized so network settings can read it. any help please?

actually i think this is the wrong section for this, but i guess, some admins/mods can move, so, np(i guess..)

and im not sure why your wifi doesnt work.. try left clicking on the network icon in the tray then right clicking on the "wired network" see if it loads then.. (havent installed ubuntu on a ps3 before so sorry but i dont know what possibly could be the reason)

i have found a solution, but it maybe risky because the changes to kernel are needed. there are known errors w/ this solution. i would wait for an solid solution in a few months. use the network card/RJ-45. but if you must have wireless now, here the link to the how to - http://psubuntu.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=449
