Hmm.. yup.. thats what i like to call "lack of creativity", sometimes people out there have to come up with something (an idea a logo) and they are stuck with no original ideas so they "tweak" an existing good idea a bit to make it their own for their own purposes.
Its very very lame indeed... Wonder if its close enough to be a canonical trademark issue? (It could be) But then again it may be just different enough for them to get away with it.

Actually, that's a pretty common design. It's not unoriginal to use familiar shapes in your artwork.
Now, if it were a copy of tux with some dumb hat on, and a popsicle, then I'd be more flustered about it.

It is very poor - mind u what worries me is what is the significance of the fact that there are four people linking arms in the logo...
