    Sticky Keys

    I use sticky keys due to limited dexterity in my hands. Pressing Ctrl or Shift twice locks them on until you hit that key again. Alt doesn't do this, it did until recently, but stopped after a system update. This makes it inconvenient to Alt-Tab through windows, or go backwards through the history in firefox. Anyway to fix this? Or will it be fixed in a future release?

    Many thanks

    Damn. I'm not that familiar with Gnome. Unless there's a particular feature that you like in the updated Gnome you installed, my best suggestion would be to downgrade to the last one that worked properly. Once the Ubuntu devs update Gnome again, you could check that version out, to see if there's been any improvement.

    I know that's a slightly lame answer, but it's worth checking a downgrade actually does fix your problem ... ie the system update really is what caused it.

    @kidders

    How can a downgrade be done?
