    qemu/kvm with directx support

Because of the program I'm going to be taking next year, I'm going to need windows so is there a way to get directx support hardware accelerated in Linux using kvm or any other virtualization software that supports virtualization extensions.

Is vmware going to had virtualization extensions and directx to their software anytime soon?

vmware has directx as a sporadic testing feature. There are no virtualization options available that runs directx well. Your best bet is to dual boot.

I'm already quad-booting Windows Vista, Windows XP, Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon, and Opensuse 10.2 so its not really a problem. I was just looking for a easier way.
