Well? I'd clarify I would like a real-time one, though I love BfW.

Battle for Wesnoth.

It's turn-based, instead of real-time, but it's addictive as crap.


Also, W3 runs on Wine.

I would like an RTS now, though I like BfW a lot. WINE doesn't run very well on 64-bit Ubuntu.

Glest is an excellent alternative, though it doesn't seem to have a story or online mode.
Savage is awesome, it's both an FPS and an RTS (RTS users command the FPS users)
