Our members page says there are a few in the region, but not nearly as many as there are around Rochester and New York.

    Re: Albany

I'm in Albany. Considering the number of colleges (RPI, SUNY, Skidmore, etc.) and technical schools(ITT, NH) in the greater Capital District, there has to be a number of capable open source people out there.

While I no longer live in Saratoga Springs, I understand that there is a CDLUG (Capital District Linux Users Group).

    Re: Albany

I'd have to travel an hour+ to get to Albany, but it'd be worth it.

I'm currently in the Bermuda Triangle made up of Albany, Binghamton, and Utica. There is life of a sort out here, but it can be an effort to keep it evolving.
