telugu rts

hi all,
i have installed telugu fonts and scim in fiesty fawn and hope its working.
but i am unable to make it rts ready..
i am unable to install language-pack-te
my apt-get says no such package?
is the problem with repo?
if so which repo should i add?
please help me...
even i dont find language-support-te..
please help me...
