Aye, the only difference is I think Apple has already won that. Cisco didn't use the iPhone label for 5+ years and thus its probably going to be dismissed. The difference here seems to be the guy has been active and very apparent in his use of the registered Vista name. If MS loses, I guess hes gonna get a cut of their profits .
