How about grou.ps ? It uses openID for logins and has support for mailing lists and wikis and stuff. As far as I know, not much was on it.

There wasn't much more then what you find on the developed Wiki and launchpad site that I developed....much more then most LoCo Teams have developed.....but again you only need to refer to the NU Ubuntu Team Wiki and Launchpad sites to find about 70% of what was on the site.
