Hello, I mistakenly received an infraction today which has been subsequently reversed. However, the mentioned infraction is still visible in my public profile and I would like to ask if that one can be removed as well, as it does not seem to serve a purpose any longer. Would that be possible? I find it a bit embarrassing to be frank... Not that I mind very much, but since it was undeserved I am asking for this minor cosmetic change. Despite the fact that "reversed" is visible at a closer glance, some people may come to believe that this is an infraction after all. I simply don't like the idea. Hope you understand. Nonetheless, thanks for coping with this matter (reversal of my infraction) immediately & professionally.
Your refraction was removed. Sorry about the mistake.

Now it's gone. Thank you, jdong. Looks much better now. Guess this thread can be closed or removed as well.
