a few hours ago it wasn't there.. then a minute before the deadline(?), it suddenly appeared there..

For goodness sakes people. It'll be out when it's ready. The release managers and core developers have been doing installation and regression testing for a few days now. The archives and build farm are frozen. It'll be released when the release team is happy with it. It could be anytime, just let them do their work. I know it's hard, but we do we really need 40+ pages of this?
