    Interest in reviving PlanetPenguin Racer?

Sadly, it appears that PlanetPenguin racer is no longer being developed. The website is down, and I haven't seen any releases or other activity for close to a year. (If I'm incorrect about this, please say so!)

Is there interest in continuing development of Tuxracer/PPRacer? I would be able to work on it some, but we really need a community of people. If you're interested, please respond to the poll with what you would be able to do.
    Thanks!

    EDIT:
Now that we now have several people who have indicated interest, we've started a forum to continue development discussion, currently at www.planetpenguinracer.com/forum
We still need all the help we can get, so please come join the forum!

Does anyone know where else I should ask if there is interest?

shure , I would help. map making needs to be easier , perhaps a custom editor
should be made first , so pple can work on it. yes , I play it in pardus linux ,
multiplayer mode , and it is so fun I play it even though there is a bug in my system that
causes ppracer in pardus to have menus consisting of , and . entirely

I would work on making a better logo and better ui graphics, i'm not great at textures but I could try that too.

I'd make courses, beta test and play it!

Me and some people are thinking of making a linux arcade machine... this might be a perfect game for it!

Edit - I'd also make/host a website for it... I work with HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL all the time.

OK, here is my idea of what the new logo should look like, except maybe if you decide to change the name, I can do that, any suggestions:

Also, I had to take the pictures of the penguin using my digital camera because I currently only have access to a windows machine and the windows build is un-screenshotable, if a linux user could get a better pictures of him that would be great.

Hmmm... for the top one.... maybe take the penguin in the lower-right corner, make that 2 or 3 timesas big, center it and put it behind the text? Just a random idea.

I would maintain a website for it. If the project admins are interested, PM me
