Did you configure it properly with setserial?

http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdr.php?id=253, this device doesn't registered.
as we can see from dmesg output above, its also read as uhci_hcd, but this USB modem doesn't have storage.
hope for suggest or guideline for solution...
