I second that.

My two cents.... I think it should primarily start with what it is about, Ubuntu, and secondary, the local description. I've always wondered why some people choose a dash to separate words, when others disregard separation altogether. It could lead to some confusion on the part of new users who may hear it on the radio, or want to remember it for later. Either way, this is the best choice for me!
