I live near Jasper, IN and can't seem to shake the Ubuntu addiction. Even though sometimes I get the sweats and the shakes, and I can't sleep at night,it's still drawing me in further... MRK
As of now we have 4 members. 3 of us are located in Lexington and I believe that the other is from Richmond. Ubuntu is addictive isn't it.

Thanks, etank
I'm one of the Lexingtonians mentioned above. I admit I am new to the whole Linux scene, which has provided a unique experience for etank since I bug him 3-4 times a day with Linux questions! Never-the-less, I can see some great potential for Ubuntu and Linux as a whole and can't wait to learn more and see where it all goes!
Howdy Guys, I was born in Lexington,Ky.Don't remember much I was to young, Now lived in Scott City MO. Been learning linux for 'bout three years or so (Truck Driver by Trade go figure). Hey to you all good LUCK. Gypsy
Hey Gypsy, good to hear from you. If there is ever anything that we can do to help you with Linux let us know.

Cool. I've been to Inez a few times for business. Why don't you join the team.

Check out this post http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=339281. Take a look at the links in there. The wiki page will let you know more about the team. If you would like to join us the go to the teams launchpad page and click join on the left hand side. Thats really all there is to it. We are still very new and forming now so you would be getting in on the ground floor so to speak. We plan to have irc meetings once per week and then try to have a face to face get together once a month. The links that are in the post I have there are also in my signature.
