looking for a ubuntu developer (i can trust) to mail/webhost 3 low bw domains low $

they will be personal. the websites will most likely be devoid of content. they are low bandwidth domains. high uptime is the only thing important to me and security. i trust the ubuntu developers. i'm currently paying $15 for the hostgator.com baby plan. would like something cheaper with little bandwidth. just plain server will do i might just do mail hosting on 1 or 2 of the domains. i dont need access to shell at all i'll try that you keep your servers secure. need pop/smtp. probably a week from now.
