Yeah, this is a commercial that has been airing in the states for quite a while now. I think its very cool. Goes along with the Ubuntu commercial idea. Don't attack Windows or Mac, just play to your own strengths.
Ubuntu commercial idea:

It's a nice commercial. But why doesn't IBM certify their pc's for Ubuntu ? see :

One of the best ads Ive seen, ever! So beatiful/simple smart. My eyes got wet in the end, just like a hollywood movie or something... watched it many times today =D
Seen it already.
Thanks for the heads up. It's a good ad.
EDIT:
Wow, IBM has really struck home with their flash bling on Linux!

We should have UbuntuEvolve for official artwork!
The easy way to nVIDIA drivers and Xgl/Compiz: Automatix and Automatix Bleeder
Yeah if you navigate through that flash show to the "Visionary" tab, you can see some for commercials like the one noted above.
Especially the one with Muhammed Ali about "Shake things up".
"Don't call me no Underdog!!!!!!!"

love it!
Wasn't IBM the company that used to ship out their pc's with that MS-DOS software made by a guy called B. Gates?
Ubuntu user # 7485 - Linux User # 412249
"Oh, bother," said the Borg. "We've assimilated Pooh."
I like it as well but I think the boy is reaching his puberty nowadays ready to be let out to leave the lab.
Concerning IBM, the situation was way too different at that time, I wouldn't hold that against them.
Why can't technology be as simple as the box it comes in ?
VAIO X505 800g pure Debian.
