    Just the version from the repos:

    Code:
    icaria@xfce-ubuntu-box:~$ conky -version
    Conky 1.6.1 compiled Fri Oct 10 21:10:56 UTC 2008 for Linux 2.6.24-16-server (i686)

    Compiled in features:

    System config file: /etc/conky/conky.conf

     X11:
      * Xdamage extension
      * Xdbe extension (double buffer)
      * xft

     Music detection:
      * mpd

     General features:
      * math
      * hddtemp
      * portmon
      * rss
      * wireless
    Are you using a custom RSS script or the inbuilt RSS support? I'm using the latter.

    I wrote another python script. This one calculates the phase of the moon. When run without any arguments, it just returns a letter that corresponds to the included moon phases font. With the -s or --status option, it returns a description of the current moon phase (i.e First Quarter, Waxing Gibbous, New, Full). The -b or --brightness returns the percentage of light compared to a full moon. Here's a screenshot:

    I think I've found a bug in conky that really resembles a feature I wish it had. It seems if you display a huge font (like pixelsize:80+) conky does a drop shadow kind of affect and you can adjust the ammount by adjusting the size of that font. I haven't tested that much, but it looks like you only have to display 1 character and you can even position it offscreen. Strange.
    I can't really be bothered to search this entire thread to see if this was answered, but if you put ${font}${color} at the end of your script to reset it then that will usually fix this issue.

    Some of this won't apply to you, for instance the methods in which I get my CPU temperature is far more complicated than is usually required, and I have 2 video cards so the positioning of those temperatures will be off in most cases, but other than that it's pretty straightforward and easy to adapt. I borrowed a lot, and I feel I was inventive in a lot. Thanks guys

    Oh, heh, I wasn't sure if perhaps that was another nickname of yours. Either way, thanks for sharing it (and the rest of your configurations), I used them in mine

    And thanks jjgomera

    I saw that you used some of mine. Looks nice.

    I was checking out how you got your GPU temp to show up, I haven't figured that out yet for mine.

    Can you point me in the right direction?

    NO NO NO!!!!!!!!! NOT ALLOWED!!!!!!

    Something so simple & beautiful is not allowed.

    Conky has to be busy and complicated, don't you know that?

    You'll have to change it!!!!!

    Seriously:
    Really nice, clean, simple, beautiful!

    Well done.
    Have a nice day.
