    in fact it looks like you are missing most of the fonts that the script requires
    you did read through the conkyrc right? that's where you will find the info you need

    Anyway... here is a much more streamlined and user friendly gauge script

    Hi elendilnl, I used the same script and I had the same problem, but after I installed that font it looks great,I noticed that yours does not display everything at the bottom, it looks like it is cut off? If you look you will notice that your bar graphs are up to far, the dame thing happened to me because I added 2 extra cpu's, I had to go into the bargraph_small.lua file and change the y= number on all the graphs, I started with the last one first because all your bar graphs are moved up like mine where, so pull down the swap first by changing the y= number make it greater to move the bar down, just change it by about 10 at a time until the bar graph is in the right place, then do the same thing for the others.

    Yep. It's official. I looked at my lua scripts and I feel completely lost going forward.

    Lua guys? What do I do to unify these two scripts so that I get the ability to choose which rings go clockwise, which go counter-clockwise, and still have a working bandwidth checker ring? I have 10 rings in my first script, and I really only want 3 or 4 of them to go counter-clockwise, (CPU2, 7GBACKUP, and 7GBACKUP2, so all of the rings fill up vertically.) and only because it makes them easier to identify against their counterparts next to them.

    I injured my shoulder (Or irritated an old injury, one of the two) and my head just isn't in the game of code right now. And with the XFCE4 compositor on, having both the main and network conky on the same side is frustrating to say the least. I keep having to kill the network conky until the changes to the main are done, then restart the network conky so it shows up over top. I'd like to simplify them into one script like they used to be, once upon a time before the rings existed.

    I'm thinking you're going to have get crerative with voffset to spread things out in the vertical, and maybe increase the font size, until you get the vertical length you like.

    Time for a data dump. Though, it'll either not be as long, or be longer depending on how you look at it. I no longer have a third Conky, but there's two entire scripts for one of them.

    .conkyrc.main Rings all fill upward now. Kinda looks like the CPU is doing a balancing act between the two halves, kinda neat. Had to double the max_user_text environment variable. Turns out Conky likes you to tell it when you're going to unload this much data at once.

    *EDIT* Yes. I'm aware there's network data "Missing", it's due to the whole "12th of the Month" data roll over from my ISP. Before the 12 of the month, every month, Conky and the netring script are told to look at the previous month's data amount, because it hasn't switched over to the next month at my ISP. In this case, with the wipe and install of the Narwhal, there is no previous month's data right now. So, neither has any data to go on until the 12th kicks in.
