    Yes.
But a I said it struck me once when I've converted most of the variables from my script to local.

Then after reboot I wanted to check it out one more time and it never hapen again.
So it could have been someting else but it is easy to check so why not?

Re: Post your .conkyrc files w/ screenshots

    So, adding
    Code:
    cairo_destroy(cr)
made my three-conkys setup to drain little bit less ram.

Today i present one conky-version with three transparent backgrounds made in gimp. This solution is not so elegant as lua script (because you have to make in gimp for each background new picture...)

You have to copy background and icon (http://woolfier.deviantart.com/art/X...plate-88810804) to /usr/share/icons/ to make all work as in my conkyrc

    Regards!

I tried your suggestion-but only if i put before
    end
    in draw_bg.lua
    cairo_destroy(cr)
the situation is little bit better-ram increasing is not so big.

I posted here my ram increasing issue-it seems something like normal issue, only with lua is much more noticeable:

    Hi guys,

I would like to ask if someone can make that kind of battery monitor in conky which I attached below?

Thanks for example config for this case

    Best regards!

Search this thread for posts by user Easybake; he came up with some scripts and the fonts you'll need to make a battery monitor like that.

Thanks! Linux and Batman; I'm set for life.

Since you enjoyed it immensely, I'm also posting the wallpaper within the archive
As a side note, that wallpaper was the first image I ever made in GIMP for use in Ubuntu and it still makes me laugh as well

Thanks for throwing in the fonts, too!
Michael Keaton as Batman. Many people hated that choice but the movie made crazy amounts of money so SOMETHING clearly worked. I had the soundtrack. I even had the video game for the Commodore 64. It was a crap game but I played it until I beat it!

Keaton was awesome because he captured <hardcorefan>the essence of the pre-"Crisis on Infinite Earths" 1939-1940 Batman</hardcorefan>. For me, the film rocked due to a combination of Anton Furst's art direction, the film's score and the Batmobile.

I have the soundtrack and score on CD!

Have you played the NES version? Good times.

You are quite welcome on the fonts; if you or anyone else here wants the .png's to my custom Cairo-Dock utility belt, I'll make an archive for those as well
