    About the conkyPhoto, does someone know if it's possible to have a random display ??
    Well, this is a modified version of conkyColors script, but is not fully working already

    #Source Code follows
    source="/home/you/photo_directory/"
    photo=~/tmp/conkyPhoto.png

    cd $source
    number=$(ls | wc -l)
    random=$RANDOM
    random=${random}%${number}
    lines=`echo ${random} + 2 | bc`
    filename=`ls | head -n $lines | tail -n 1`

    cp $filename $photo

    picture_aspect=$(($(identify -format %w $photo) - $(identify -format %h $photo)))

    if [ "$picture_aspect" = "0" ]; then
    convert $photo -thumbnail 250x250 $photo

    convert $photo -thumbnail 300x250 $photo

    convert $photo -crop 250x250+0+$(( ($(identify -format %h $photo) - 250) / 2)) +repage $photo

    Re: Post your .conkyrc files w/ screenshots

    I have been playing around with Conky for a couple of days, and now I'm quite pleased with my setup.
    It varies some depending on my being connected to the Internet or not.
    The setup includes some hardware information, G-mail notifier, in addition to network connections information.

    I've also added a couple of RSS-feeds.

    I'll post three screenshots (offline, wireless, mobile broadband) and the .conkyrc.

    I'm using AWN and Compiz/Emerald.

    Hope you like it!

    Check out the new CONKY-colors 3.19 (2009-12-03)
    * Added new nvidia widget, very wanted feature! I also need some users feedback because I can't test it
    * Added new bbcweather widget, it's a simple weather monitor and don't need any kind of registration
    * Added photord widget, a new random mode for conkyPhoto, you just have to setup your image folder to see the magic (thanks to paulvictor)
    * More organized directory. Also, the main directory was renamed from .conky to .conkycolor

    Download

    I found the problem and fixed it!
