    Off Topic

I've had a terrible 9 days. Read about it here: TeleCentro 9 - shades of Apollo 13! so I don't go too far off topic.

    On Topic

Also about that time I had major problems with KK and went back to JJ and for the life of me can't get Conky working with LUA and Cairo bindings.

Where is it that I can get Conky v1.7.2 with LUA and Cairo Bindings enabled?

    I want my rings back!!!

Sorry to hear about your issues m8. I feel for ya, when stuff goes "pear shaped" it drives me NUTS.

Anyway, try this version here: http://old.getdeb.net/release/4824

I am not 100% sure it has all the options compiled more like 85% sure.

Other than the fact I have the AMD64 version, that is what I have. But I KNOW I had it with the bindings with JJ before going to KK.

Unless I'm loosing my mind here?
    This is a distinct possibility.

    Have a nice day.

Voila... the latest one. I don't think I'll ever need anything fancier. It's a fun software but it's nothing I can really use

Though I do have an Acer AA1 that I'm curious about on the CPU performances... I'll get this Conky on it too I think!

Hmmm... a slight re-wording makes that "When the sun burns out, I hope it takes you and your family with it!"

Heh.. I just like taking old "good luck" sayings and distorting them.

For example: "Live long and prosper" becomes "Die slowly and suffer."

Maybe I'm just a bit demented.

Re: Post your .conkyrc files w/ screenshots

Thanks! I honestly can't recall where I got it... I googled HD Wallpaper to see if I'd notice a difference (of course my screen's not all that great resolution wise so it didn't make a difference, and just picked one I liked. I can't remember where sorry and I'm not on my Ubuntu partition so I can't check just yet, but if I find it I'll post it on here.
