    Question ISO File

So I downloaded the .iso file from the website but it only shows up as an image. Is that what it's suppossed to do? I'm trying to put it on another computer but I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly. Please help me!!!

    Re: ISO File

If you are trying to make a bootable Ubuntu CD from Windows (I am assuming here) then I like a program called Burn CDCC.

It only does ISO files and works like a charm.

Yes, it is and 'image' of a cd. Check your burning software and see if it will handle it. I know some versions of Nero will do it.
You just want to burn cd from image (iso).
