    Linux Reality has already been mentioned a couple times. It is a really good show for new users.

    Two more that I enjoy:
    The GNU/Linux User Show: http://linuxuser.thepodcastnetwork.com/
    This show is currently on hold as they need new hosts. All 28 episodes are still available for download.

    The hosts for that show, Jon and Kelly have gone on to make their own show, the Jak Attack, which is quite good:

    All 31 episodes are available for download on Jon's webpage.
