The 503 error is temporary try again in a few minutes, it is being worked on so that doesn’t happen, hopefully soon it will be resolved completely.

@odhoenator, I've moved your post to the correct thread - the one linked in the last line of the large blue banner at the top of every page here.

Have you read through that banner thoroughly? Followed all the links? From what I can see on Discourse, you have only been reading there for 3 minutes. If you follow the "read this page first" link in the blue banner, you'll see a post by ian-weisser on Discourse, in which he says, "Be sure you have searched for answers for at least 15 minutes. That’s all you need to reach Trust Level 1, which turns on your ability to create a new question." Try that. If that doesn't work, post back here and a member of the transition team will be able to help.

Edit: someone who knows Discourse better than I posted just before I was able to.
