boot-repair for Ubuntu 20.04.x boot-repair output and screen captures

I have two VirtualBox VMs, Ubuntu Linux 20.04.x servers that both failed simultaneously and on the same day (11/22/24 @ 1230CST or so).

Here is the screen capture of the results of the boot repair CD. Also the report file generated in casee it didn't get to the pastebin.
Neither machine will boot and go to initramfs – image attached -

The solution is somewhat urgent because these machines distribute weather forecasting data to about two dozen users and about a dozen fire/police departments in 3 states.

We found a runable cloneable VM of the primary server. We can clone it to make an identical backup. Case Closed.
