programs crashing, web browser glitching, then crashing.

Hello, I just got into Ubuntu 24.10, and I was doing good. I struggled to get Wine and the shortcut extension, but I was working on some minor things I wanted, and then my bronzer started to go slow, like loading pages, especially YouTube. then some of my programs started to crash, but i ignord it and in a few minutes my browser glitched out. i restarted my computer but i started happening in a few minutes, especially if i brought up a bunch of programs, or tabs. my computer is fine in specs being abole to run win 11 Ezey. i was thinking i must have installed some programs that do not work together well and are clashing with each other. is there some way you guys can show me to downgrade the hole system or fix this in some way. help please ,ps i have a video.
