Hi, i'm new to linux so sorry if this is a stupid question.
Sometimes when I press the windows key/super key to open the applications menu to search for an application to open, the menu opens but doesn't display any applications and I can't exit it or interact with the menu at all. I tried pressing 'alt + f2' to open run but nothing opened. I thought it was frozen but I can still move my mouse and interact with the top bar. I haven't been able to find any solutions anywhere else, any help would be appreciated!

Edit: I think I solved it. I think it had something to do with the 'Dash to Dock' gnome extension. I have since removed that extension and haven't had this issue happen since! Hopefully this can help another noob xD
