Ethernet and WIFI disappeared without a trace

I've been using ubuntu 24.04 for about half a year and everything was fine. But today, when I turned on my computer, I found that my internet was completely gone. The ability to switch between WIFI and Ethernet is also gone. Plugging in the cable has no effect.
Rebooting the system and the network service did not help.
