Bluetooth not turning on problem Ubuntu 24.04

Laptop : Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9
CPU : Ryzen 7 7435HS
GPU : GeForce RTX 4060
RAM : 16 GB
SSD : Micron something with 512 GB
So, i recently installed Ubuntu 24.04 on my laptop, and since i installed it i can't figure how to turn on bluetooth as it does not want to turn on. Itried everything i saw on the internet and still nothing works.sometimes when i go into $ bluetoothctl and try to scan on it says no "no default controller available" but i'm dual booting and on windows my bluetooth works fine. And i'm dual booting from 2 ssd's one for entirely for linux and for windows. I need help as i need bluetooth to work on my machine.
