Intel UHD 630 DP no signal

Hello

I have recently acquired a new small form factor machine, a Dell Optiplex 3070. This machine has an on-chip gfx card, the UHD 630.

When I attach a DisplayPort cable, the monitor reports "No Signal". The HDMI port works fine.

How can I tell whether it is a hardware or software issue?
Has anyone had a similar problem?

It turned out I simply have to completely turn off the machine, change cable to DP, and Boot with screen turned on, for it to catch the monitor.

Case closed.
