Dear Friends, I am trying to upgrade my computers to 24.04. It was easy and successful on my desktop, but I get the following error message on the laptop: An error occurred, please run package manager from the right click menu or apt-get from a terminal to see what is wrong. The error message was: Error: Marking the upgrade (E:Internal Error, pkgProblemResolver::ResolveByKeep is looping on package gnome-settings-daemon:amd64.)’. This usually means that your installed packages have unmet dependencies. I am unable to do anything with this, evidently not sophisticated enough with commands to know how to proceed. Can someone help? Please. Yours hopefully, Joe
