[Extension Error] Zotero Integration to Libre Office

Anyone else experience (and resolve) ^this issue for Zotero integration to Libre Office?...Odd thing is the zotero toolbar is (occasionally) in the libre office writer environment but doesn't do anything when its present.

Any advice is appreciated.
