Hi there. I understood that UnityX was part of the recent versions of Ubuntu and that it was supporting Wayland and somehow not using Compiz.

However, the command "echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE" says that I'm using x11 and I can see compiz somewhere. Is there any way to use a wayland session or make sure that I'm actually using UnityX 7.7?
