Why do all installation packages list AMD but not Intel processors?

I'm about to install Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS on a Dell Inspiron 15 which has an Intel processor, but when I look at the install packages on the Ubuntu download site, they all show AMD in the description or iso file name. Why don't any of them list Intel?

And yes, I'm a bit of a Linux noob.

Because amd64 is the designation of the 64 bit instruction set. It works on Intel just fine. Amd beat Intel to the 64 bit game so they got the label.

Okay, thanks. I figured it was something like that, but wanted to make sure that I didn't download the wrong file.
