HP ENVY Inspire 7955e printer?

Anyone know if an HP ENVY Inspire 7955e is compatible with Ubuntu 18.04?

No hits here on the forums.

I found HP HPLIP Developers website. They've got a list of compatible printers. Last page of list mentions "HP ENVY Inspire 7900 series". I think the 7955e is part of that series.

Your 7955e is part of the 7900 series. As for you particular machine, I do not know if it will work or not. However, I have never had an HP printer that didn't work.....I always buy/recommend an HP printer for Linux.

Connected the printer to a PC running Ubuntu 18.04. The HPLIP drivers that came with that version recognized the printer, but provided little functionality.

Upgraded the PC to 24.04. The included HPLIP package seems to work fine with the 7955e.
