There is a copy of the txt document, it kept giving me a forbidden error when I tried to past it into here

After further research, it was found that the canonical site did not like the use of any proxies as it was not expecting communication from a proxy. We whitelisted the sites and it began working. Thank you for the help!

It's odd to me to me though, I use a vpn and wireguard with no issues.
