do msi motherbards are having known issues for waking up from sleep on linux?

do msi motherbards are having known issues for waking up from sleep on linux?
when i click suspend and then wake it it will reboot....
and it also won't wake with the mouse or keybaord but only with the power botton on the physical computer..
i'm not sure if this is a known problem.

I've never heard of any special issue with MSI boards. I've seen plenty of sleep/suspend issues with various motherboards and laptops over the years. Make sure your BIOS is updated.
It works on my MSI B550 board, but I do have to use the power button. I'm running Debian sid/unstable with KDE/X11 if it makes any difference.

There's always some risk to it, especially if you don't have a reliable power source (battery-backed uninterruptible power supply). If you're uncomfortable with it, don't do it.
