Vulkan is not officially suported on Nouveau AFAIK.
Unfortunately, NVIDIA is ending driver support for Kepler-based GPUs in September, which means no more official updates from NVIDIA for these cards. This does raise concerns about the ability to play Vulkan-based games, like War Thunder, on these older GPUs.
