Can you name a specific feature of the "latest AI featured processor" you plan on using and think Ubuntu needs to have an API for?

The capability of AI to do quantitative finance calculation. Finding a probability using statistics. API for turning the AI processor. Long story short, system need to put little "common sense" while doing some thing.

Considering the non-hyperThreading architecture of latest Intel processors, AI should have the opportunity to control E & P cores. Inorder to do Algorithmic trading efficient, OS should upgrade the functionalities like thread schedule in a smarter way.

You're using words, but not really saying anything of meaning. Do you want to perhaps provide a few specific examples of what you are trying to do?
