Hi Guys I have a mac pro 7.1 Rack 2019 Model with Mac OS Sonoma installed on it. I have successfully installed the latest stable version of linux on this computer however I am having issues with hardware recognition. USB C ports are not detected and do not provide charge to peripherals( The ports are physically intact and work perfectly fine on other OS) Bluetooth is not working on the device neither. If anyone can help it would be great.

If I recall, those are actually Thunderbolt ports with USB-C support. Perhaps try installing "thunderbolt-tools" (not a Mac user, just a shot in the dark)?
