[SOLVED - ALMOST] Please recommend a good Linux or windows sampler for Linux Reaper

Please recommend a good Linux or windows sampler for Linux Reaper.

I need something where I can assign each WAV sample to a MIDI note.
It needs to be something easy to learn.
I can't keep up with too many learning curves.

Any ideas?

OK so I found out that Reaper's ReaSamplomatic is useful for my purposes.
And I got Sitala VST going too in Wine. And also an old version of ShortCircuit works too.

All the other samplers I tried failed to install or whatnot.
